SHIPPING

**DUE TO COVID-19** please expect shipping delays on orders placed outside of the USA. We are uncertain at this time how long the delays may take but please allow an extra 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If any further issues arises please contact us at robinlaneiart@gmail.com and we will help rectify the situation in any way possible.

Shipping prices and delivery times vary on weight of items purchased, location of delivery and country of purchase. All of our shipping prices and shipment times are located once you proceed to the checkout page. 

Shipping costs on outgoing items are non-refundable. Should you need to make a return, you are responsible for covering any return shipping costs required. If you request and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you ship a returned product to us and it fails to reach our team, we are unable to offer a refund. We must have a product in hand for a refund to be processed.
